PUPILS at Camelsdale Primary School have gone ‘hi vis’ thanks to local company,The SMI Group.

Former pupil and company employee Kelvin Pinsgrove joined SMI marketing director Jason Darbyshire to present the school with 220 jackets, which also feature Camelsdale’s badge and logo.

Headteacher Sarah Palmer said: “Camelsdale prides itself on an exciting outdoor learning adventure. We have lots of trips and visits so these new jackets will be very well used.

“A huge thank-you goes to the SMI Group for their support. This local business certainly values serving its local community and it was so nice to see ex-pupil Kelvin now as a successful businessman.”
