A 95-YEAR-old former resident of Philips House in Grayshott has expressed fears for part of the village's history, once the sheltered housing residence is demolished.
There are plans to build 16 new affordable homes, including 'replacement' sheltered housing for existing residents, and anyone over 55, on the Headley Road site. Planning consent is expected within the next couple of months.
