OVERNIGHT patching works will see Haslemere High Street car park close today (Thursday).

Overnight resurfacing works – part of Waverley Borough Council’s £150,000 upgrade of the car park – are due to take place on Monday, June 27, and Tuesday, June 28.

A Waverley spokesman said: “There may be some noise overnight as a result of these works.

“We apologise in advance for any disturbances and have asked the contractor to ensure any noise is kept to a minimum.”
