A ROGUE trader from Dunsfold has been jailed for conning almost £150,000 from the elderly and vulnerable.

"Predatory" Mark Cooper, 44, was sentenced to more than five years in prison on Monday, following a Surrey County Council Trading Standards and police prosecution.
