LIBERAL Democrat councillors will be on the attack at next week's Surrey County Council meeting, after a report placed Surrey among the bottom eight local authorties for its adult social care services.

The Care Quality Commission report handed Surrey an "adequate" ranking, translated as "only delivering the minimum requirements for people".

It came in a mixed week for the county council.
