HASLEMERE Town Council has announced a four per cent increase in the amount of taxpayers money it will ask back from Waverley Borough Council in 2009/10.

A precept of £200,200 shows a similar percentage increase to last year's budget, when a £192,500 total marked a 4.1 per cent growth on 2007/08's figure.
