POLICE neighbourhood officers are trying to establish if a spate of six vehicle break-ins on August 11 and 12 across Haslemere are linked.

The incidents were:

*Sunglasses and cash were stolen from a vehicle parked in The Avenue between 2pm on August 11 and 7.20am on August 12.

*A purse and money were stolen from a vehicle parked in Sun Brow between 9.30pm on August 11 and 7.30am on August 12.

*Luggage and cash were stolen from a vehicle parked in Weydown Road at 11.40pm on August 11.

*A vehicle parked in Bridge Road was broken into, but nothing of value was taken, between 11pm on August 11 and 8.30am on August 12.

*A vehicle parked in Kings Road had its window smashed around 3.25am on August 12.

*A window of a vehicle parked in Sickle Road was also smashed between midnight and 5am on August 12.
