A NURSERY in Haslemere has been fined after a two-year-old boy fractured his leg using a trampoline intended for older children.
The prosecution revealed the trampoline was only for domestic use and, while a risk assessment had been carried out, it had been conducted by an untrained member of staff.
Caring Daycare was fined £7,500, having been given credit for a guilty plea, after the case at Guildford Magistrates' Court last Thursday.
