“This is an exciting time for us and we want to ensure we’re building homes that are not only of excellent quality but in locations that people are proud to call their home.”

The development is accessed from a roundabout off Longmoor Road and construction has begun, with the sales information centre opening in the spring.

The developers are advertising Oak Park as offering a ‘village life with excellent transport links’ – being close to the A3 and the main Portsmouth-Waterloo railway line.
