HASLEMERE road users face major disruptions over the first two weekends in October, as the Highways Agency closes the A3 between Hindhead and Milford.

The closures will allow the clearance of trees alongside the existing A3 around the Devil's Punchbowl, in preparation for returning the road to nature once the new A3 is open.
