PRESSURE is mounting on St Bartholomew's Primary School, in Haslemere, this week after the local Surrey county councillor led calls for members of its governing body to resign.

Steve Renshaw's comments follow last week's revelation that Christine McCracken, a former headteacher at the school, was "unfairly dismissed" by the school's Board of Governors, in April last year.
