COUNCILLORS were this week due to make a decision over whether 80 homes should be built at Applegarth Farm in Grayshott.
East Hampshire District Council planning committee was set to determine the application yesterday when it met at Penns Place in Petersfield.
Councillors were due to discuss the plans for 44 affordable homes and 36 market price houses. Officers recommended approval for outline permission.
The revised plan comes after a first application was rejected.
But councillors did pass a scheme for expansion of the village business and restaurant complex next door to the greenfield site, off Headley Road.
