REVISED plans have been submitted to Waverley Borough Council for the redevelopment of a prominent shop in Haslemere High Street.
Planning permission was granted last year for the site formerly occupied by family stationery business J L Nobbs to continue as a shop – but to create three flats and a new office in the rest of the building.
Building works have started but a new tenant for the retail unit also wants to include the area designated as office space to the rear, for retail purposes.
The revised application is to change the single story extension from office use to retail.
