AN ENVIRONMENTAL misssion is under way at St Ives, Haslemere, to become an international Green Flag Award eco school.
St Ives is following the Big Green Master Plan and has planted a pledge tree.
Pupils are now working on an environmental review and two eco monitors per year group will be responsible for ensuring the programme stays on track.

Pupils are also being encouraged to recycle all their non-recyclable plastic to make an ecobrick. The goal is to create enough ecobricks to build a landmark feature.
