FAMILIES flocked to a free play day event last week hosted by Waverley Borough Council, which hailed it the most successful yet, with 131 children enjoying various fun activities.

Held at Chichester Hall in Witley last Tuesday, the afternoon featured a bouncy castle and face painting, as well as arts and craft sessions.
