Hammer pub The Prince of Wales has also been impacted by the coronavirus diagnosis at Haslemere Health Centre.
The pub closed for a “full deep clean” yesterday and will reopen as soon as possible.
Pub goers were greeted with a news of the closure and apologies on a blackboard at the door.
Landlord Nick Sam posted on Facebook: “This is a precautionary measure only.
“Our staff and customers health and happiness is our main priority here.
“We look forward to opening and welcoming you all back as soon as we have had a full deep clean!”
The pub’s temporary closure follows an alert from Camelsdale Primary school on Friday that one of their families was in self-quarantine until March 6 after being in contact with the health centre patient, who was transferred to a specialist NHS infection centre at Guy’s and St Thomas’ in London.
