POLICE believe the theft of a stuffed rhinoceros head from Haslemere museum was connected to an international market for alternative medicines.

Burglars broke in shortly before 2am last Friday, smashing a glass panel of the display cabinet before making off with the valuable piece. Nothing else was taken.
