Drivers in and around Waverley will have four National Highways road closures to watch out for this week.

And one of them is expected to cause delays of between 10 and 30 minutes.

The latest expected works list, with notes from National Highways, shows that two closures already in place are expected to carry on this week:

A3, from 9pm May 20 to 6am June 14, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A3 southbound, Milford, slip road closure for drainage works, diversion via National Highways network.

A3, from 8pm September 25 2021 to 6am July 9 2022, moderate delays (10-30 minutes): A3 northbound and southbound, Hogs Back to Thursley, carriageway, slip road and lane closures for technology works, diversion via local authority network.

And a further two closures will begin over the next seven days:

A3, from 9am to 4pm on June 8, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A3 southbound, Hazel Grove to Knockhundred Lane Branshott Chase, diversion Route for off network closure of Knockhundred Lane for Hampshire Council.

A3, from 8pm June 9 to 6am June 10, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A3 southbound, Thursley to Hindhead, Lane closures for resurfacing.

National Highways is responsible for maintaining motorways and major A-roads, so closures of smaller roads will not be included in their schedule.
