BOSSES of Surrey Air Ambulance announced on Tuesday it was relocating its lifesaving service from Dunsfold Park to Redhill Aerodrome with immediate effect.

The air ambulance helicopter, which has been based at the former Second World War airfield since 2007, will share an aerial platform at its new home with the Surrey Police helicopter, which started operating from Redhill earlier this month as part of the new National Police Air Service.
