Covid has prevented Petersfield Arts & Crafts Society from holding its annual summer exhibition at the Festival Hall for the past two years.
Eileen Riddiford, who is on the committee, said: “As the hall had been sequestered for vaccinations, we were unable to find another suitable venue.
“This has been a massive disappointment to our members.
“However, we have managed to put together a smaller but by no means less exciting, packed and vibrant exhibition at the Physic Garden on Petersfield High Street, which opens later this month.”
The exhibition will run from Saturday, November 27 until Sunday, December 5 between 10am and 4pm – and entry will be free.
Eileen added: “Visitors can expect to see the usual high standard of the society’s members’ work on display and available to buy and take away there and then.
“Paintings, drawings, photography, textile art, crafts and woodwork will be on display.
“Our members have been creatively very busy during lockdown and beyond and we are therefore delighted to have been able to secure this venue to showcase their work.”
