Bob Fox will be appearing at the next Grayshott Folk Club night in Grayshott Village Hall on July 15 at 7.30pm.

He is one of the original troubadours, someone who plays and sings ageless, stripped-back folk songs, both traditional and contemporary – just him, his voice and his guitar.

Bob is an engaging, endearing and enduring entertainer who is one of the true greats of the folk world.

He hails from north-east England and has done the folk club rounds for more years than he cares to remember.

It seemed only right and proper then that he should be cast as The Songman in the original 2007 National Theatre production of Michael Morpurgo’s War Horse.

For tickets, which are priced at £15, visit Grayshott post office or call Des O’Byrne on 01428 607096.
