EXPLORE the tragic, funny and often unbelievable life of Shylock – fiction’s most famous Jew – in a play coming to The Phoenix Theatre and Arts Centre in Bordon on February 12 at 7.30pm.

Written and performed by Gareth Armstrong, it explores the world of Shakespeare’s most controversial character, Shylock from The Merchant of Venice. Shylock examines religious and racial intolerance plus the history of plays in performance, while also celebrating the richness of Shakespeare’s language.
