A NEW window display enabled Haslemere Knight Frank to raise more than £86,400 for five charities on the company’s second annual Day of Giving.
Every office throughout the UK took part with activities ranging from sponsored 24-hour cycle rides to mountain climbing and car washing to cake sales.
But the Haslemere team had a more relaxing time of it, thanks to the generous donations of businesses.
With all 20 of their window spaces sold for 10 days, office staff were able to get on with their work while boosting their charity total.
“Proceeds raised will be divided equally between LandAid, Mary’s Meals, Bumblebee Conservation Trust, Crohn’s & Colitis UK, and Guide Dogs for the Blind,” said employee Susanna Stucchi.
“Knight Frank Haslemere would like to thank all the local sponsors and businesses who kindly and generously donated to the cause.”
