IT’S back to league action for Badshot Lea and Farnham Town again this weekend.

Both clubs saw their Combined Counties Premier Division South matches postponed at the weekend.

Farnham were due to have played high-riding Walton & Hersham at The Memorial Ground, but the pitch was still showing signs of the rain that fell during last week’s storms.

Badshot Lea’s normally pristine pitch also suffered, causing the postponement of their match against Guildford City.

Both teams, though, were in action in midweek – Town had their Aldershot Senior Cup tie against Hartley Wintney on Tuesday evening, while the Baggies travelled to play Balham on Wednesday night.

Farnham can do their near neighbours a favour on Saturday when they travel to play Raynes Park Vale.

In return, the Baggies can help out Town if they win their home match against Cobham, who are fighting Farnham for the places in mid-table.
