IPSWICH midfielder Kundai Benyu is joining Aldershot Town on a month’s youth loan.
Mick McCarthy has allowed the youngster to move to the National League side to aid his development, as he seeks regular first-team football.
Benyu, 18, could make his debut for the Shots this weekend in the FA Trophy match at East Thurrock.
A London-born Zimbabwean, Benyu has been brought to Aldershot with assistance from the new Boost The Budget scheme.
* East Thurrock United have confirmed details of their FA Trophy first-round tie against Aldershot this Saturday (ko 3pm).
Adult admission is £12, with seniors and students priced at £6 and children under 16 £2.
The FutureFuel Stadium, Rookery Hill, is in Corringham, near Stanford-le-Hope, postcode SS17 9LB. Parking at the stadium is limited. The nearest train station is Stanford-le-Hope, on the Fenchurch Street to Southend line.
If required, the replay will be at the EBB Stadium on Monday, December 12 (ko 7.45pm), with admission £13 for adults, £10 for U65s and £5 for U18s.
* East Thurrock, who lost 1-0 at Wealdstone last weekend, are currently ninth in the National League South.
