This year’s Petersfield Heath 5km race attracted 110 runners.

The event, which was organised by the runnyhoneys, raised £1,490 for the Stroke Association.

Rob Peters was the first male finisher in an impressive time of 17min 52sec.

Christopher Shipley was second in 18min 42sec and Simon Ash was third in 19min 39sec.

Elizabeth Soper was the first female finisher in a time of 22min 21sec. Helen Gilliatt was second in 23min 34sec and Marie Pollitt was third in 24min 21sec.

Charlie Carman won the junior children’s race in a course record time of 21min 6sec. Duncan McLean was second in 22min 56sec and Lucas Everson-Hall was third in 23min 3sec.

Lewis Davis won the senior children’s race in 21min 34sec. Toby Bayne-Powell was second in 21min 54sec and Willow Knight was third in 22min 56sec.
