Joyce Pitchforth, 56, of Frensham Lane, Bordon, was disqualified from driving for 20 months, fined £200, told to pay compensation of £32 and costs of £85 on September 10 after pleading guilty to driving with more than double the legal limit of alcohol, namely 88 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, in her system at School Hill, Wrecclesham on August 25.

Paul James Ellis, 62, of Vicarage Lane, Haslemere, was disqualified from driving for 46 months, fined £178, told to pay compensation of £32 and costs of £85 on September 10 after pleading guilty to driving with more than double the legal limit of alcohol, namely 81 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres, on Portsmouth Road on August 26.

Dominic Joshua Crowley, 30, of New Farm Cottages, Farnham was fined £135, told to pay compensation of £30, costs of £85 and his driving licence endorsed with three points on September 13 after being found guilty of driving at a speed exceeding 50mph on the M3, Camberley on December 9, 2018.

Henrique Rodrigues Borges Silva, 19, of Elder Crescent, Bordon, was fined £660, told to pay compensation of £66, costs of £85 and his driving licence endorsed with six points on September 13 after being proven guilty of driving without insurance on the A31, Farnham Road, Tongham, on December 18, 2018.

Steven Rankin, 33, of Cobbetts Way, Farnham, was fined £270, told to pay compensation of £30, costs of £85 and his driving licence endorsed with six points on September 13 after being found guilty of driving without a policy of insurance on Farnborough Road on January 9.

Amy Paishy Richards, 49, of Stovolds Hill, Cranleigh, was fined £220, told to pay compensation of £30 and costs of £85 on September 13 after being found guilty of driving with an expired licence on the Hogs Back, Seale, on March 24.

Staines Magistrates

Aaron Anthony Green, 29, of no fixed address was disqualified from driving for 12 months, fined £200, told to pay compensation of £30 and costs of £85 on September 10 after pleading guilty to driving with double the specified limit of a controlled substance in his system on the A31, Farnham Bypass, on March 8.

Alan Edward Pratt, 48, of Green Lane, Farnham, was fined £220, told to pay compensation of £30, costs of £85 and his driving licence endorsed with three points on September 12 after being found guilty of driving at 84mph in a 70mph limit on the A31, Bentley, on March 1.

Rebecca Jane Searle, 33, of Queens Road, Alton, was fined £70, told to pay compensation of £30, costs of £85 and his driving licence endorsed with three points after pleading guilty to driving at 43mph in a 30mph limit on the A31, Winchester Road, Alton on March 1.

Jack Andrew Madgwick, 28, of Hambledon Road, Denmead, was fined £220, told to pay compensation of £30, costs of £85 and his driving licence endorsed with three points on September 23 after being proven guilty of driving at 37mph in a 30mph limit on Whitedown Lane on March 12.

Petroniusz Kaliszewski, 28, of UL Stoeusza, Poland, was disqualified from driving for six months, fined £666, told to pay compensation of £66 and costs of £85 on September 23 after being proven guilty of driving without due care and attention.

The court heard he “pulled out from a lay-by and drove on the wrong side of the road, causing a collision with another vehicle” on the A32 on November 16, 2018.

Michael Anthony Harrison, 41, of the MoD Army Barracks, Upavon, Wiltshire, was fined £323, told to pay compensation of £32, costs of £85 and his driving licence endorsed with three points on September 30 after he pleaded guilty to driving at 88mph in a 70mph limit on the A32 near Bentley, Alton, on March 4.
