A Horndean man has escaped a driving ban after admitting driving a Porsche at 107mph on the A3.

Man jailed for stalking campaign against Hampshire Police and Crime CommissionerAdrian Dumitru, 44, of Acorn Drive, Horndean, was handed a £580 fine and five points on his driving license at Aldershot Magistrates' Court on January 5.
It comes after he pleaded guilty to driving a Porsche Cayenne at 107mph in a 70mph limit on the A3 at Waterlooville on April 23, 2022.
He was also ordered to pay £85 costs to the Crown Prosecution Service and a £232 surcharge to fund victim services.
But magistrates spared Dumitru a driving ban after taking into consideration his guilty plea.
