THE?Haslemere branch of Keats Estate and Letting Agents is celebrating two members of its team qualifying as fully licensed letting agents –- and gaining promotions.

Nicola Etherington, who has been with Keats for six years, and Jennifer Harding, who has been with the estate agent for 11 years, went through some vigorous training and examinations in order to achieve the level three certification from The Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA).

A licensed ARLA agent is well qualified and required to keep up to date with the latest developments in the market and with the changing legislation affecting letting and property management.

Keats director Rita Tinney said: “I am extremely proud of Jennifer and Nicola. They have worked very hard to achieve the ARLA certification. They are both great assets to our team and to mark their achievements Jennifer has been promoted to lettings manager and Nicola has become our property management manager.”
