THE family of a retired British Airways pilot who died last weekend in an air accident has given a heartfelt tribute to the local man.

Robert Jordan, whose family home is in Copyhold Lane, between Kingsley Green and Fernhurst, died on Sunday after his gyrocopter crashed at Little Rissington Airfield, in Gloucestershire.
