STAFF at Chestnut View Care Home have performed a pantomime for the home’s residents, getting everyone in the Christmas spirit.

The day of fun began at 2pm with a Christmas buffet, carol singing and quizzes, before staff took to the stage to perform their own rendition of Cinderella on Friday, December 18.

Basil Briolas, head of activities at Chestnut View, said: “This has been a very difficult year for all, especially for residents and their families.

“It was funny and the residents and staff had a good time. The atmosphere was vibrant and cheerful.”
