POTENTIAL buyers from around the world have shown an interest in paying around £10m for the Rockwood Estate in Brook, once owned by Pakistani Prime Minister Benazir Bhutto's husband. The estate will be sold at auction with a price guide of £10m and interest has been shown by buyers from the US, the Far East and the Middle East, Russia as well as the UK. The sale has been billed as the "auction of the year" by Haslemere-based agents Clarke Gammon Wellers, and it has added extra viewing dates ahead of the auction in Guildford on July 4.
