From balloon trips to ghost hunts, Haslemere Rotary Club has done it all.

On September 9 the club hosted Barn Fest at Imbhams Farm with more than 100 people in attendance, raising nearly £3,000 for the Hunter Centre, Talk to Me and Haslemere Rotary.

The hot air balloon was available to take visitors for a short ride above the tree tops. One suggestion was that the Rotary Club should send President Ken as high as possible but apparently no one wanted to cut the ropes.

Then ghost hunter Mike O’Neil took a brave group on a dusk tour of the town.

The tour included the grey lady of the museum, Hannah of the town well and the brutal murder of inspector Donaldson outside the Town Hall.

They all experienced a sleepless night after this haunting event.
