MIDHURST Rother College students Gemma Bell, Natascha Caws, Gaia Davies and Beth Smith were able to hone their Korean language skills during a visit by three South Korean teachers.

The students, who have all decided to learn Korean outside of their school curriculum, took the chance to meet and work with the visiting teachers, using the time to practice their speaking skills while gaining an insight into Korean culture.

English teachers Son Meelin, Choi Jeong Ham and Kim Ji Hye were part of an international Chichester University course that provides foreign teachers with a first-hand insight into the British education system.

The Korean teachers were impressed with the wide range of activities and subjects on offer and commented on the outstanding behaviour of students.
