HASLEMERE Festival’s ‘Little Lumpy’ four-in-one cycling event gets into gear on Sunday, May 21.

Now in its ninth year, Little Lumpy has grown to become one of the premier sportives in south east England and the not for profit event’s partner 2017 charity is the Macmillan Midhurst Palliative Care Service.

The four routes on offer cater for cyclists of all abilities and range from “The Taster”, for families and those new to cycling, to “The Epic”, 100 miles of gruelling fun. All include stunning South Downs countryside, and participants will enjoy home-made food along the way, thanks to a dedicated group of volunteers and bakers.

More than 600 riders have signed up to take part in the event, which starts and finishes at Woolmer Hill Sports Association Club, in Woolmer Hill Road, Haslemere.
