HASLEMERE mayor Melanie Odell has thanked Waitrose for donating almost £2,000 towards flower tubs for the town centre.

The new tubs on Haslemere High Street will complement the beds on the memorial green, as well as those planted in Wey Hill and Beacon Hill.
