The former Allianz insurance offices in Liphook will soon be replaced with 39 brand new retirement apartments.
Planning permission was granted for the apartments and associated parking and landscaping which will replace the office block, which has been vacant for approximately two years.
The plans for the renovation of Ajax House and Plowden House, at 27 Haslemere Road, Liphook, GU30 7UN were submitted on June 10, 2022 and were granted permission on October 6, 2023.
After the closure of the offices in December 2021, the Ashill Group bought the site. Ashill says it focuses on high-quality residential developments on brownfield land, and aims to achieve this through community consultation.
