A WOMAN struck by a train at Liss Station at around 8.30pm on Sunday avoided serious injury.
British Transport Police (BTP) were called to the station shortly before 8.40pm and train services between Havant and Haslemere were disrupted until 10.15pm.
A BTP spokesman said: “We were called at 8.38pm following reports of a person being struck by a train at Liss station.
“A woman was taken to hospital for treatment and her injuries were not considered to be life-threatening.”
