Seat Leon driver wanted after dangerous getaway from police in LissEarlier this year CALA, which is building Andlers Wood in Liss, invited applications for a share of a £10,000 pot for local projects.
The school’s money will go towards connecting the library to an outside area – with help from CALA’s site manager – and new bookshelves, to create a woodland-themed quiet reading space. The school also raised cash for the idea, and started a book club in which children pay a weekly sum to buy a book at the end of term.
