OTTERBOURNE, Liss Athletic and Baffins Milton, the top three in the Hampshire Premier League, all had big wins last Saturday.

Liss romped to a 5-1 victory in the local derby at Clanfield, with Dan Sharpe claiming a personal tally of four goals. Glyn Cooper also scored, while Dan Coleman replied for Clanfield.

Liss keep the pressure on leaders Otterbourne who trounced Fleetlands 8-0, with Tom Sands scoring four times.

Third-placed Baffins are still unbeaten after 12 consecutive wins and have games in hand. They brushed Infinity aside, 6-1, and had their own four-goal star in Blu Boam.

Headley lost 3-0 at home to Locks Heath, but Liphook recorded an encouraging 4-2 win over Winchester Castle. Steve Harding scored twice for Liphook and there was a goal apiece for Sam Gray and Alex Yates.

In Division One, Steve Brown scored his 23rd goal of the season, but it came too late to save Four Marks from defeat against Andover Lions. The leaders won 2-1 with a brace from Tommy Stringer, including a penalty. The Lions have now reeled off nine straight wins.

AFC Petersfield were walloped 5-0 by second-placed Hayling United.
